Most significant example is the oven: historical traces dated it back at the second half of the 16th century, when, named “oven of the community”, was built with the contribution of some aristocratic families and was used by farmers’ families of the village. Historical finds, discovered in the old archives of the castle, tell that, in 1742, Castellinaldo’s parish priest, complaining for the bad conditions of the church, blackened by the smokes of the oven, ordered its closure.

For longer overnight stays and for families, you could benefit of an enchanting independent apartment.
In the breakfast hall, room originally used as cellar, you can enjoy a very rich buffet breakfast with cold cuts and cheese, bread and sweet-smelling brioches, marmalades and jams, milk, coffee, tea and various sweetmeats.
In our bed and breakfast you can buy typical products, some of them served for breakfast.
The same hall hosts the wine bar and the wine shop, other services that you can find in our house.
